Just for Halloween: Make your kids yummy Treatwiches from Cool Whip – Easy cookie sandwiches

3-1/2 cups (8 ounces) Cool Whip topping, thawed
24 Assorted cookies
Garnish: Sprinkles, cookie crumbs, chocoalte chips, chopped nuts, diced fruit, toasted coconut, miniature marshmallows and assorted candies


1. Spread topping about 3/4 of an inch thick on one cookie. Place another cookie lightly on top.

2. Roll or lightly press edges in garnish. Repeat.

3. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Wrap to store in freezer for up to 2 weeks. For variety, fold some garnish into topping before spreading on the cookies.

Makes 12 treats
