Halloween Jello recipes: Great Pumpkin Parfait
Ingredients
1 package (3 oz.) Jell-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 can (16-ounces) pumpkin
1 cup thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Prepare pudding as directed on package, using 1 cup milk and beating 1 minute. Blend in spice and 1/2 cup gelatin. Chill until thickened. Then beat until fluffy. Blend in pumpkin. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into dessert glasses. Chill. Add cold water to remaining gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened. Spoon into glasses. 10 servings.

Halloween Jello recipes: Harvest Moon Medley
Ingredients
2 packages (3 ounces each) Jell-O lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold water
15 apple or pear slices
1 cup chopped apples or pears
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Reserve 1-1/2 cups. Chill remainder until thickened. Pour into 6-cup mold. Arrange the apple slices in gelatin. Chill until set but not firm. Beat cheese until smooth. Blend in reserved gelatin. Fold in apples and nuts. Chill until slightly thickened. Spoon into mold. Chill at least 4 hours. Unmold. 11 servings. Halloween Jello recipes: Gala Grape Frost
Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz.) Jell-O raspberry gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup Welch’s Grape Juice — Purple or White
- 3/4 cup seedless grapes
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine grape juice and ice cubes to make 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice.
- Measure 1-1/3 cups gelatin; fold in grapes. Spoon into bowl; chill until set but not firm. Whip remaining gelatin until almost double in volume. Pour into bowl. Chill.
