Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1-1/2 pounds chicken parts
  • 1 medium potato, sliced
  • 2/3 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 2 envelopes Lipton Cream of chicken or Cream of mushroom Cup-A-Soup
  • 2/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. In medium skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken; drain.
  2. Add vegetables and soup mix blended with water.
  3. Simmer covered for 45 mins or until tender.
