  2. I’ve recently started making these impossible pies for our dinners. Very easy but they do need a bit of tweaking with extra herbs or spices,etc. Still good though. Hubby even likes them ( which is unusual he’s picky lol). If you go to betty crocker’s website they give the nutritional information and a number are low carb. We really like the ham and swiss pie. Add a vegetable and you’re good to go
