This molded gelatin recipe is Jell-O’s take on the classic Waldorf Salad — a turn-of-the-century hotel menu item that featured apples, celery and nuts with a creamy dressing on top.

Here, the main components are suspended in strawberry gelatin, and the mayo dressing is replaced with a lighter yogurt version.

Bounce a dinner party. Serve a Waldorf Wheel.
