You can’t keep kids from picking blackberries.

Oh, the blackberry fiends in your family are going to love the taste of new Jell-O Blackberry flavor gelatin.

It’s so light, so smooth, and so blackberry, some of them won’t even be able to wait until dessert!

Blackberry Zebra Jell-O dessert recipe

Dissolve 1 package Jell-O gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Measure 1 cup and pour into 5 dessert glasses. Chill until set but not firm.

Chill remaining gelatin until slightly thickened. Measure 1/4 cup and blend into 1 cup thawed Cool Whip. Add 1/2 cup blackberries to remaining jello. Spoon creamy mixture into glasses, and top with fruited gelatin. Chill until set.

Makes about 3 cups, or 5 servings
