Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1-1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 (F).
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- Spoon into ungreased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish.
- Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
- Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake 35 minutes, or until light golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
