Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1-1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 (F).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
  3. Spoon into ungreased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  7. Pour over beef mixture.
  8. Bake 35 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  9. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
