Sweetheart fudge pie is a rich chocolate dessert with a few unexpected twists. Instant coffee deepens the flavor, rum extract adds a little warmth, and walnuts bring a satisfying crunch. Once baked, the pie is topped with whipped cream and maraschino cherries for a creamy, slightly fruity finish.

The mix of flavors and textures makes this a fun dessert to serve, whether for a holiday or just because. The chocolate filling stays smooth and fudgy, and the topping adds a light, sweet contrast. It’s a great way to bring a little homemade Valentine’s Day indulgence to the table.
