Now, pudding is macaroons.

To munch on, brunch on, midnight snack on — pudding macaroons. Anything this easy deserves to be enjoyed often.

Jell-O pudding macaroons recipe

Ingredients

1 package (3-1/4 ounces) Jell-O vanilla pudding & pie filling
2-2/3 cups Baker’s Angel Flake coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Jello pudding macaroon directions

Combine all ingredients. Drop mixture from a teaspoon onto greased and floured baking sheets. Garnish if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from baking sheets at once and cool thoroughly on racks. (For ease in removal, use a wet spatula.)

Makes 2-1/2 dozen macaroons.
