Recipes for one-dish frankfurter meals

FRANKFURTER SQUASH LYONNAISE
For 4, cook 1 pound each zucchini and yellow squash. Brown 1 onion in 1/4 cup margarine. Add 1/4 pound small frankfurters; brown. Add squash; heat. Fill bread with cheese slices; heat; top with parsley.
FRANK BEAN SALAD
For 6, mix drained 16-ounce can each white and red kidney beans, chickpeas. Add 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup oil, 4 scallions, some green pepper and celery, all chopped. Season. Add 3/4 pound fried frankfurter slices and tomatoes.
BBQ FRANKS AND ONIONS
For 4 to 6, lightly brown 1 pound regular and 1/4 to 1/2 pound small frankfurters in a little butter. Add 1 cup bottled barbecue sauce and 1 can (1 pound) drained onions. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve with broad noodles and a vegetable.
CABBAGE FRANKFURTER ROLLS
Core a head of cabbage. Boil cabbage, remove leaves, put a frankfurter in center at each leaf. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Prepare Spanish rice according to package directions. top with cabbage rolls. Bake at (3SO‘F.) about 15 minutes.
