In this bright and beautiful floral bedroom from the 1970s, flowers stretched across the walls, were appliqued on the bedspread, and clustered in china pots.
The large-scale wallpaper print had red, pink and purple as its dominant shades, while the bed’s backdrop was the sunny yellow used as the sunflower accent on the walls.
The colorful natural vibe was played against the sparseness of shiny chrome — including the stainless steel four-poster bed, and the glossy silvery vintage Francois Carre-style metal chair.
On the ground was a simple white and grey Spanish tile-effect vinyl/linoleum sheet flooring — the perfect foil to let the room’s garden colors shine.
