  • 3-ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay margarine, melted
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons chopped chives or onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 8-ounce can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent
  • 1 tablespoon Parkay margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup crushed, seasoned croutons


  1. Preheat oven to 350 (F).
  2. Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine until smooth.
  3. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, chopped chives/onion, and pimiento; mix well.
  4. Separate Pillsbury crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each rectangle; pull 4 corners of dough to center of mixture; seal.
  6. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon of margarine; dip in croutons.
  7. Bake on a ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Refrigerate any leftovers.
