Don’t worry, this delicious pecan coffee cake is only shaped like a pizza — no pepperoni or olives are involved.

This pecan-pie-style breakfast treat uses a quick yeast-based dough, and some crushed bran cereal gives the crust a nice texture. The sweetness comes from a combination of brown sugar and maple syrup.
