Hail the red, white and blueberry for a simple summer dessert that’s frozen fantastic.

Hurray for the magic of Eagle Brand! It’s the secret to this frosty new frozen dessert… Simply combine creamy Eagle Brand with the other delightful ingredients — and leave the rest to your freezer. The cool, easy recipe is below.

Red, white and blueberry delight recipe

Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup ReaLemon Reconstituted Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 cups (1 pt) plain yogurt
2 cups miniature white marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pt fresh strawberries, sliced and well drained
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, well drained

Directions

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon peel; mix well. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows and nuts.

In 13×9-inch baking dish, spread half the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Arrange half the strawberries and blueberries on top, cover with remaining sweetened condensed milk mixture and top with remaining fruit. Cover with foil; freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting.

Makes 15 servings
