Cook Time: 50 minutes
Additional Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3-5/8 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup Christian Brothers Cream Sherry
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, including cream sherry.
  2. Mix at low speed 1 minute, then at medium speed 3 minutes (or beat by hand 5 minutes).
  3. Turn into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  4. Bake in 350 (F) oven 45 to 50 minutes, until springy to the touch.
  5. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn out onto a rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
