Hi, is the texture become like jell-o or hard like block? your reply is much appreciated and tq in advance
These are so good and it firms up very quickly. They have the texture of soft fudge and I add 1/2 cup of cut up marshmallows.
I tried it with four packets of gelatine. It was firm and fudgy-like. I then tried it with two packets of gelatine and it was more jiggly like jell-o, still able to hold up really well if using a mold.
I’m liking this idea of 2 packets Then, raspberry Jell-O w/ berries and chocolate again, w/ Cool whip. Nummy in a ring mold.
