Tuna Crunch Casserole recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup crumbled potato chips, Goldfish crackers, noodles, chow mein noodles or canned French-fried onions

Directions

In 1 quart casserole, blend soup and milk, stir in tuna, eggs and peas. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Top with potato chips or desired topping and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with tomato salad and hot biscuits. Lemon meringue pie and coffee make a happy meal ending.

Makes 3 to 4 servings
