Beef up your steak

Steak is so special, it deserves to be served with something special. Something that breaks out of the old potato routine. Something like rice.

How to make Rice Chantilly (side dish)

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 dashes ground red pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

Combine rice, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into a buttered shallow 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
