Yield: Makes 1.5 pounds of cheese spread
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Additional Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 25 minutes


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces smoke-flavored process cheese spread
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 7-1/2 ounces canned chopped olives
  • Chopped parsley
  • 6 ounces canned large pitted black olives


  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Blend with mild cheddar cheese, cheese spread, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped olives and shape into a ball.
  5. Decorate with Lindsay Pitted Ripe Olives, cut in halves to form petals (as shown in photo), and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Chill before serving. Serve with olives on the side.
