Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces smoke-flavored process cheese spread
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 7-1/2 ounces Lindsay Chopped Ripe Olives
  • Chopped parsley
  • 6 ounces Lindsay Large Pitted Ripe Olives


  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Blend with mild cheddar cheese, cheese spread, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped olives and shape into a ball.
  5. Decorate with Lindsay Pitted Ripe Olives, cut in halves to form petals, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Chill. Makes 1-1/2 Ib.
