This turned out really great. We served it with a homemade berry syrup and fresh strawberries. I used French Vanilla as that is what I had. We will try it again with chocolate.
i want to make an eggnog no bake cheese cake, using the jello cheesecake pudding mix. can i sub the 2 c. of milk with 2 c. eggnog?
No, it would be too sweet since the eggnog already contains a lot of sugar. You could make your own eggnog base, by following an eggnog recipe and leaving out the sugar and use that in place of the milk.
Or you could add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, a dash of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons rum to create an eggnog flavor.
