Hot off her big role in The Breakfast Club, Ally Sheedy played spoiled Beverly Hills rich girl Jessie Montgomery in the comedy Maid to Order.

Jessie’s hard-partying ways cause so much strife for her father (played by Tom Skerritt) that he wishes he’d never even had the kid.

Enter Beverly D’Angelo as fairy godmother Stella Winston, who works her magic and brings Dad’s wish to life. (“Some maids deserve to be princesses, and some princesses deserve to be maids.”)

And that is how Jessie was forced to take a job as a maid in order to make a living. Hijinks ensue, etc.
