Raspberry Apple Salad 1962

Raspberry Apple Salad recipe

Doubly delicious! There’s applesauce on the inside and apples on top.

Add 1 cup hot water to 1 package raspberry gelatin; stir in 2 cups applesauce. Fill four 4-inch molds. Chill till set. Unmold on lettuce. Fill centers with 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 cup Kraft Miniature Marshmallows, 1/3 cup walnuts and enough Miracle Whip to moisten. Garnish with apple wedges. Miracle Whip is made with liquid vegetable oil, high in polyunsaturates.
