Make with tender-crisp Del Monte green beans

Base this hearty salad on the rich flavor of tender, meaty Del Monte Blue Lake Green Beans — and you’re in business with a new favorite for buffet suppers.


Green Beans Bravo recipe

1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. tarragon or cider vinegar
2 oz. (10-12 slices) Italian dry salami
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced radishes

Toss beans with garlic salt, dry mustard, olive oil or other salad oil, tarragon or cider vinegar and salami. Refrigerate till 1/2 hour before serving.
