You make it with Jell-O pudding and Honey Maid graham crackers

For years, kids have loved graham crackers and chocolate pudding separately. But it took a freezer to bring them together in one frozen pudding sandwich.

The first time you surprise your kids with this creamy, cool treat, they’ll probably ask why you didn’t do it sooner.

Ingredients

1 pkg. (4 servings) Jello instant pudding, chocolate or vanilla flavor
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1-1/2 cups creamy or chunky peanut butter
24 graham crackers

Directions

Gradually add milk to peanut butter, blending until smooth. Add pudding mix. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well-blended — about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Spread filling about 1/2 inch thick on 12 of the graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula. Freeze until firm — about 3 hours.

Makes 12 sandwiches.
