Crisp ‘n’ Nutty Cracker Jack Snack recipe

For popcorn that’s top corn, here’s a cracker jack idea! Its a sweet and crunchy treat that we guarantee you’ll go nuts over!

All you need to make it are:

4 cups unsalted popcorn (already popped)
1 cup unsalted, shelled peanuts
1 cup honey
1 stick butter or margarine

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Put the popcorn and the peanuts in a large bowl and mix together. Melt the butter or margarine in a small saucepan. Add the honey and stir until well mixed. Pour the honey/but-ter mixture over the popcorn and peanuts, stirring to coat all the corn. Turn the popcorn onto a greased cookie sheet and place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the popcorn has soaked up all the honey/butter. Remove from oven and eat it warm, or let it cool off and break into pieces.

It may sound corny, and you know what? It is!
