The first Etch A Sketch produced on July 12, 1960. It was a big seller, and over the years, Ohio Art made several other creative, artistic toys — such as these shown below. Alas, in 2016, the Etch A Sketch and Doodle Sketch brands were sold to the company Spin Master.
