My-T-Fine No-Bake Souffle recipe

The My-T-Fine people have come up with a recipe for lemon souffle that’s virtually foolproof. Now, instead of worrying whether your dessert will rise to the occasion, do it our no-bake way. And relax. It’s as easy as making pudding. Providing the pudding is My-T-Fine. Try it. You’ll be impressed by our good taste.

To 2 packages My-T-Fine Lemon Pie Filling add 2/3 cup sugar and 2 egg yolks. Cook according to package directions. Allow to cool. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, not dry; slowly fold into cool pudding mixture. Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream and fold into mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart souffle dish. Chill 3 hours or more. Serves 8-10.
