Crunchy party treat recipe
You make a big bowlful in 5 minutes with Kellogg’s OKs and Kellogg’s Croutettes
1/4 cup butter or margarine
4 cups Kellogg’s OKs
2 cups Croutettes herb seasoned stuffing croutons
1 cup salted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion or garlic salt
- Melt butter in a heavy frying pan. Add OKs, Croutettes, peanuts and seasonings; mix well.
- Stir over medium heat about 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
- Serve like popcorn or salted nutmeats. Store in tightly-coevred jar.
Yield: About 6-7 cups
