2/3 cup butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup Quaker oats (uncooked)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
